The nitro I have

It's combination of fire and plasma. Flame after Elborak and plasma after Blizzcony.

The color of flame is determined by mixture of propanbutan which is in this form generated inside of horse's body and it's poring out through sweat pores. The temperature inside horses's body is around 2500°C due to heating gas, which creates plasma. Plasma itself conducts electricity and contains unbound electric charges, so it's not uncommon to see lightings under the skin.
Markings and hooves are burning with normal flame, due to layer of coal created ot these certain areas.

When he's partialy ignated, he burns just with blue colored flame. Orange flames appear only in full flame form.

Commonly Crusader let's only his mane, tail and eyes burn, but in full flame it's whole new horse
